Have you ever been convicted of a felony?

Important: The church representative must be (Pastor, Associate Pastor, Deacon, Clerk, Sabbath School Superintendent, Church Lay Leader, or Registered Agent).

After submitting your registration, click the “Church Approval Form” button below to download the form.

Please have your pastor or church representative complete it. Once finished, return to this page and upload the completed form to complete your application.

👉 Counselor Support & Donations (Zelle)

Counselors are not required to make any payment. However, donations are greatly appreciated and help offset camp costs. If you would like to give, donations can be sent via Zelle.
